These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Venu mobile application ("the App") provided by Salt Life Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction (at least 21 years of age in the United States) and agree to comply with these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by updating the "Last Revised" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
Venu is a free informational application that helps users discover happy hour times, deals, and details at bars and restaurants across multiple cities. The App allows you to save favorite bars, check in to locations, plan bar crawls, and track achievements — all stored locally on your device. The App is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features.
Subject to these Terms, Salt Life Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

The App provides information about establishments that serve alcoholic beverages. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that bar information, happy hour times, deals, and other details displayed in the App are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Happy hour schedules, deals, and business details are subject to change by establishments at any time without notice to us.
We strongly recommend verifying current hours, deals, and availability directly with the establishment before visiting, especially for time-sensitive plans.
Certain features require access to your device's location. You may disable location access at any time through your device's settings; this will limit the App's ability to show distances and provide navigation. Location data is processed on your device only and is never collected by us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and content, is the property of Salt Life Tech and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The bar and establishment names, logos, and trademarks displayed in the App belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the App beyond the limited license in Section 3.
All data you create in the App (favorites, check-ins, crawl plans, notes) is stored locally on your device. You retain full ownership and control of this data. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your user-generated data.
The App does not offer, require, or process any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. The App is free to download and use in its entirety.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SALT LIFE TECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SALT LIFE TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: RELIANCE ON INFORMATION DISPLAYED IN THE APP; INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP; LOSS OF DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE; ACTIONS TAKEN BASED ON APP CONTENT, INCLUDING VISITING ESTABLISHMENTS OR CONSUMING ALCOHOL; OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. IN NO EVENT SHALL SALT LIFE TECH'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50).
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Salt Life Tech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device, which will also delete all locally stored data. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice or liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Monroe County, Florida. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue.
These Terms are between you and Salt Life Tech only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. As between Apple and Salt Life Tech, Salt Life Tech is solely responsible for the App and these Terms.
The following terms apply specifically to the iOS version of the App distributed through the Apple App Store:
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Salt Life Tech regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
